His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Decree (37) of 2023 on amending some provisions of Amiri Decree (1) of 1977 on the establishment of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club (REHC), based on the proposal of the Prime Minister, and following the approval of the Cabinet.
Under the decree, the phrase “The Minister in charge of municipal affairs” shall replace the phrase “The Minister of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning” contained in Article (1) of Amiri Decree (1) of 1977 on the establishment of the REHC.
The Prime Minister and ministers, each in their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this decree, which comes into force immediately, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
