Health Minister and WHO head of Cyprus office discuss Larnaca conference

Minister of Health, Dr Popi Kanari, and head of the World Health Organization (WHO) Cyprus office, Dr Shaikh Irshad Ali, met on Tuesday and discussed the organisation of a WHO conference in Larnaca, taking place in April, regarding ‘Regional health planning for immigrants.’ According to an announcement, the Minister and Dr Shaikh Irshad Ali also discussed issues of common interest and agreed to keep in touch regularly, to share views on issues of their competence and the protection of public health.
