The Head of the Constructional Planning Authority, Abdul Hakim Al-Sultani, presented yesterday to the President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, his short-term plan to address the constructional situation in Libya.

This came during his reception by Al-Menfi at the Presidential Council’s office in Tripoli.

According to the communication office of the President, Al-Menfi urged Al-Sultani to speed up the plan’s execution in all cities, especially Tripoli, Benghazi, and Sebha, for its importance in development and stability plans, and preserving public property from encroachment and targeting.

This meeting came less than a month after Al-Sultani presented his plan to the head of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Al-Dabiba, during a meeting held at the authority’s headquarters in the presence of the Minister of Housing and Construction and a number of leaders of the interest and the ministry on April 6.
