Tripoli- GNA Minister of Economy and Trade Mohammed Al-Haweij has approved a number of investment projects throughout the country, and directed the General Authority for Investment Promotion and Privatization Affairs for execution of these projects through the domestic and foreign private sector in accordance with the investment map.
The projects totaling 43 included 14 projects in the western region, 9 in eastern region and 20 in the southern region, and cover the areas of tourism, agriculture, regular and renewable energies, food industries, building materials and construction, and were part of the implementation of the Ministry of Economy and Trade’s plan to achieve economic diversification, localization of projects and activation of the investment map.
