Ghadames– The Libyan News Agency learned that the competent authorities in the municipality of Ghadames held today, Friday, an expanded meeting to discuss the municipality’s preparations and capabilities, as part of the municipality’s readiness for the meeting called for by the President of the Presidential Council, Muhammad al-Mnifi,of both the Speaker of the House of Representatives Aqila Saleh, and the head of the Supreme Council of State, Khaled Al-Mishri, to be held in the city of Ghadames on the 11th of next January, according to what the spokeswoman for the Presidential Council said yesterday, Thursday.
Informed sources in the city of Ghadames told the Libyan News Agency that this meeting was held at a time when the municipality did not receive information regarding the interaction of both Chancellor Aguila Saleh and Khaled Al-Mishri with the invitation of the President of the Presidential Council for a meeting to be held in Ghadames to resolve the Libyan crisis.
