Tripoli -French Ambassador to Libya, Mostafa Mihraje, expressed his wishes for the Libyan people to enter the year of 2023 with peace, security, stability, and prosperity.
Mihraje confirmed on his SMS page that Libya’s elements enable it to overcome obstacles, highlighting that 2023 is the year of revival of bilateral relations between the two countries.
