Tripoli: The General Movement of Scouts and Guides is hosting the Fourth Maghreb Cubs Gathering at the Abu Qata'a Forest Scout Center in Misrata from August 16 to 22. This event will see participation from scout associations across Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, and Mauritania.
According to Libyan News Agency, the opening ceremony is scheduled for tomorrow, Monday, August 17, at 7:00 PM at the Abu Qata'a Forest Scout Center. The gathering aims to foster communication and strengthen the fraternal values among cub scouts from the five participating Maghreb countries.
The event will continue from Tuesday, August 18, to Friday, August 21, with various activities planned for the cub scouts. The General Movement of Scouts and Guides expressed that this gathering is an opportunity to bring together members of the scout movement from across the Maghreb region in Libya.
