A shipment of military aid has arrived in Mogadishu with the aim to help Somalia build its capabilities, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Tamim Khallaf Monday. The shipment is offered by the Egyptian army and reflects Egypt's commitment to a military cooperation protocol recently signed with Somalia, Khallaf said.
