Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty expressed Egypt's appreciation of European Union (EU) High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell's brave and defensive stances in support of the sublime principles of international law, international humanitarian law and the UN Charter related to violations and attacks on the helpless civilians in Gaza, the West Bank and Al Quds. Speaking at a joint press conference with Borrell on Tuesday, Abdelatty welcomed the EU delegation, saying that Borrell had a meeting on Monday with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to discuss bilateral ties and a number of regional files, topped by the war on the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, in addition to several regional files.
