Benghazi, First Deputy Prime Minister Hussein Al-Gatrani met in Benghazi today GNA Minister of Planning Fakher Buferna.
The meeting dealt with clearances for projects contracted by the former Libyan interim government, referred by the First Deputy to the relevant ministries, and which in turn to review the technical and financial files of the projects and refer them to the Ministry of Planning for the issuance of the necessary financial authorizations.
