Al-jalida: A medical team from Tripoli Eye Hospital conducted a field visit to Al-Jalida Municipality, where they examined approximately 500 cases across various ophthalmology specialties.
According to Libyan News Agency, the hospital’s media office stated on its official page that the visit comes within the framework of expanding cooperation between Tripoli Eye Hospital and municipalities and state institutions.
It explained that the medical team was able to diagnose a number of complex cases during the visit, including diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma. Additionally, a group of patients were referred for surgical procedures, including cataract and glaucoma surgeries, as well as pediatric strabismus surgeries, to complete their treatment at the hospital.
