Sirte-The Explosives Department of the Central Region Branch in cooperation with the Technical Affairs Department of the Criminal Investigation Service on Tuesday destroyed nearly one ton of remnants of war and mines.
The Ministry of Interior said on its website that the destruction process took place in the Kararim area east of Misrata because of availability of safety conditions to complete the process safely.
Huge amount of war remnants was collected during the surveys carried out by specialists in the agency in the last few days in the headquarters of the Air College and the Libyan Iron and Steel Company Misrata.
