Tripoli: The European Union Ambassador to Libya, Nicola Orlando, has affirmed his continued support for Libya and the enhancement of cooperation and partnership relations. This commitment aims to contribute to the aspirations of the Libyan people for stability, peace, and development.
According to Libyan News Agency, this affirmation was made during a meeting at the Presidential Council headquarters in Tripoli. The meeting, held on Wednesday, was between Ambassador Orlando and the Head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Manfi, marking the end of Orlando's term.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Al-Manfi expressed his wishes for Ambassador Orlando's success in his future endeavors. He also praised Orlando's efforts in advancing Libyan-European relations towards broader horizons of cooperation and coordination.
