Al-Asabaa: A team of European experts from Malta, Finland, and Estonia, which arrived yesterday, has begun its work today to monitor the repercussions of the fires that have ravaged the city of Al-Asabaa over the past period.
According to Libyan News Agency, Al-Asabaa Municipality announced on its official page that the team is conducting field inspections and collaborating closely with national cadres. This initiative represents a collective effort to confront natural disasters effectively.
The European experts will cooperate with the National Center for Emergency and Crisis Management team to assess the environmental and humanitarian damage caused by the fires and determine the causes of their outbreak. Their mission also includes enhancing rapid response capabilities and providing technical support in firefighting and prevention, in partnership with the relevant authorities.
