Istanbul, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met Friday with President of the Libyan Presidential Council Mohamed Al Mnefi, who is participating in the third summit of the African-Turkish Partnership hosted by Turkey, from 16 to 18 December.
Turkey’s official Anadolu news agency reported that the closed-door meeting took place at the “Dolma” Palace in Bahcea, Istanbul.
