Vice-President of the Presidential Council Abudullah Al-Lafi received today ,Ambassador of Pakistan to Libya ,Rashad Javid ,to discuss the latest developments of the political situation in Libya.
The meeting ,which was held at the Office of the Presidential Council ,discussed the development of the political ,security ,and economic situation in Libya ,and ways to develop bilateral relations, in areas of economy and trade, through supporting the Pakistani companies to return to Libya, and investment to achieve the common interests of the two countries.
The Pakistani Ambassador indicated the importance of continuing efforts, by supporting all the tracks that promote parliamentary and presidential elections ,within a legal framework agreed upon by all parties of the political process ,stressing his country’s support for the Presidential Council, to reach a solution to the current political crisis ,renewing his commitment to develop bilateral relations between the two countries.
