Defense Minister witnesses activities of 4th International Scientific Conference on Communications

Minister of Defense and Military Production Lieutenant General Abdul Majeed Saqr witnessed activities of the 4th International Scientific Conference on Communications (ITC-EGYPT 2024) and the Scientific Innovations Competition in its third session (ISEC 2024). The event is organized by the Armed Forces, at the headquarters of the Egyptian Military Academy, with the participation of many Students from Egyptian and international universities and schools, as well as experts specialized in the scientific and technological fields, in the presence of Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Lieutenant General Ahmed Khalifa, a number of ministers, governors, senior commanders of the armed forces, military attachés of brotherly and friendly countries and a number of university presidents and public figures. The commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces also opened the Engineering Projects Exhibition, which includes many technological innovations for students of Egyptian universities and military colleges. For his part, the minister praised the distinguished level of participating innovations, which maximize scientific benefits and directed the need to benefit from these innovations in cooperation with the Department of Technical Research and Development and concerned departments in the Armed Forces consolidating the notion; 'With knowledge, nations develop and people advance.'
