Death of an inmate in Hilla Grand Prison due to illness

An inmate in his fifties died in Hilla Grand Prison on Thursday evening due to illness. A source in Hilla Grand Prison said, "The inmate is a resident of Najaf and was sentenced to life imprisonment for a murder crime and that he died in the prison's health center. He added that the police transferred the body to the forensic medicine to determine the cause of death." Source: National Iraqi News Agency
