Tripoli: Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah of the Government of National Unity received a number of elders, wise men, and mayors from the Warshafana region on Monday during an Iftar meal, as part of efforts to strengthen direct communication with community leaders. The meeting was attended by Acting Minister of the Interior, Major General Imad Al-Tarabulsi, Minister of Transportation, Mohammed Al-Shahoubi, and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Defense, Major General Abdul Salam Zoubi.
According to Libyan News Agency, in his welcoming remarks, Dbeibah emphasized the importance of strengthening national unity and supporting reconciliation efforts among the various groups. He stressed that direct communication with community leaders contributes to consolidating stability and unifying efforts in a way that serves the path of development and national reconciliation in the country.
