Council of Arab Information Ministers approves several resolutions on Palestinian cause and Arab media situation

With participation of Syria, the Council of Arab Information Ministers, in its 53rd regular session, approved several decisions on Palestinian cause and highlighted the field developments of the Israeli occupation aggressions in occupied Jerusalem, in addition to situation of the Arab media and future plans.

The council held in Rabat , the capital of Morocco adopted the joint Arab strategy to combat extremism and terrorism in the media , in addition to the Arab media map for sustainable development 2030 and the executive measures for the unified strategy in order to dealing with international media companies.

In his speech before the Council, Deputy Information Minister,Ahmed Dawa, affirmed that Syria looks forward to the future positively and underlined the Arab cooperation and solidarity to confront the current challenges and follow the global developments.

Dawa called to stopping the exploitation the Syrians’ refugees’ suffering, those departed their country cause of terrorism, noting that number of decrees and decisions were issued that aimed to voluntary return to Syria in order to participating in the reconstruction of what terrorist aggression was destroyed.

He affirmed that the US occupation plundered the Syrian resources of oil and wheat, by the support the terrorist organization ISIS, targeting civilian buses and units of Syrian Arab Army in the Syrian al-Badia.
