A number of citizens in the Karbala governorate blocked the ring road this evening, Sunday, and prevented cars from passing due to the deterioration of the national electricity power.
Karbala is witnessing a heat wave and fluctuations in electricity power, with the hours of outages in some areas reaching more than 18 hours per day.
