Tripoli: The Chief of Staff of the Libyan Army’s Land Forces recently hosted a group iftar banquet at the 56th Infantry Brigade headquarters. The event was organized in observance of the holy month of Ramadan, a period recognized for mercy, forgiveness, and pardon.
According to Libyan News Agency, the banquet saw attendance from several notable figures, including the Chief of Staff of the Libyan Army’s Land Forces, the Director of the Military Police Department, and the Military Public Prosecutor. Other key attendees included the Commander of the Organization and Administration Authority, the Director of the Department of Martyrs, Prisoners, Missing Persons, and War Wounded Affairs, and the Commander of the Land Forces Operations Room. Additionally, the Director of the Moral Guidance Department, the Commander of the 51st Infantry Brigade, and the commanders of secondary and technical mobilization schools also participated in the event.
The gathering was further attended by the Director of the Military Medicine Service, the Commander of the National Support Force Service, and the Chairman of the Interim Committee for the Census of Persons with Permanent Disabilities. Various combat and technical units, along with officers and non-commissioned officers of the Libyan Army and the Ministry of Interior, were also present at the iftar banquet.
