Tripoli, GNA Ministry of Justice held a face to Face meeting between chairmen and members of the Central Committees of each of the Ministries of Interior and Justice, the head of the Office for the Protection of Children and the Family, representatives of the Ministry of Social Affairs, the Social Solidarity Fund and the Chairman of the High Committee for Children on one side and the United Nations Development Programme, the United Nations Organization on Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, and UNICEF on the other.
The meeting discussed the planning of a project to support and develop juvenile justice, and child and family protection units, to ensure a fair and friendly system for underage children who are in contact with the law.
