Central Bank of Libya Reports Over One Billion Dollars in Oil Revenues for December

Tripoli: The Central Bank of Libya announced that oil revenues deposited into its accounts exceeded one billion dollars during December.

According to Libyan News Agency, the bank stated that from the beginning of December until December 30, 2025, approximately $1.073 billion was deposited, along with $222 million in oil royalties. This brings the total deposited amount to $1.295 billion. The bank emphasized its continued commitment to conducting regular foreign currency sales to meet the local market's needs, thereby contributing to maintaining monetary stability and fulfilling economic activity requirements.
