Breaking News: Al-Dabaiba’s Speech to the Libyan People

Al-Dabaiba: The plan for the return of the secretariat to the people will end all transitional stages, including the national unity government.

Al-Dabaiba: Yes to peace, yes to elections, no to wars.

Al-Dabaiba: Elections are the solution in Libya, and we will not hand the country over to chaos and fighting.

Al-Dabaiba: Making decisions without consensus means returning to the fighting stage.

Al-Dabaiba: a new play with forged legitimacy called “Granting confidence without a constitutional quorum and the approval of the State Council.”

Al-Dabaiba: We warn of the danger of the upcoming path that the political class insists on to escape the elections.

Al-Dabaiba: We will apply Law No. 2 or No. 4 on the basis of which the General National Congress elections were held if the process is disrupted.

Al-Dabaiba: The referendum on the draft constitution will be held in accordance with the tenth constitutional amendment, and the next parliament will complete the draft constitution

Al-Dabaiba: The plan for the return of the secretariat to the people requires the formation of a technical committee to prepare the parliamentary elections law, to be submitted by the Council of Ministers to the House of Representatives for approval within two weeks.

Al-Dabaiba: Those who lead the movement to stir up political chaos are the same ones who came by force to Tripoli on 4-4-2019.

Al-Dabaiba: I will not sell the homeland and I will not return it to fighting and wars.

Al-Dabaiba: A new play of forged legitimacy called Granting confidence by a parliament that does not have the constitutional jurisdiction.
