Tripoli -The President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, received yesterday, the Chairman of the National Oil Corporation, Farhat Ben Qadara.
According to the communication office of the council, Ben Ghdara briefed Al-Menfi on the challenges facing the oil sector, foremost of which is the increase in production rates according to future plans.
