Tripoli: The Minister of State for Presidential and Cabinet Affairs in the Government of National Unity, Mohamed Ben Ghalbon, held a meeting with directors of international cooperation departments and offices across various ministries and government agencies to discuss improvements in institutional coordination and workflow within the field of international cooperation.
According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting focused on several proposals aimed at enhancing work mechanisms and communication between international cooperation departments and offices. These improvements are expected to contribute to increased institutional performance and a stronger presence of state institutions in various forums.
During the discussions, Ben Ghalbon underscored the importance of unifying communication and coordination channels with countries, organizations, and regional and international institutions. He emphasized the need for clearly defined responsibilities, jurisdictions, and tasks to ensure integrated efforts among all relevant entities. Additionally, he highlighted the necessity of strengthened coordination in preparation for participation in international and regional events and conferences.
