Members of the Bahraini-Turkish Parliamentary Friendship Committee praised growing cooperation between Bahrain and Turkiye and common keenness to boost bilateral cooperation.
This came during a meeting with Turkish Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Esin Cakil.
The committee members affirmed keenness of the legislative branch on enhancing parliamentary relations with brotherly and friendly countries to serve common interests.
The Turkish ambassador thanked the Speaker of the Council of Representatives and the members of the Bahraini-Turkish Friendship Committee for the fruitful meeting, commending the advanced level of bilateral relations of friendship and cooperation. She also expressed appreciation of Bahrain’s supportive efforts in providing humanitarian and relief aid to Turkiye following the devastating earthquake.
