Baghdad Operations Command forces arrested (12) suspects, including members of a robbery gang, and another on charges of premeditated murder, and seized weapons and ammunition near Rusafa. The Command stated in a statement: 'A force from the Fifth Division of the Federal Police, in cooperation with intelligence agencies and services, was able, through security practices, patrols, intensified intelligence efforts, and the setting up of 'temporary' surprise checkpoints, to arrest 12 suspects in accordance with various legal articles, including a theft gang consisting of two people who stole a motorcycle, red-handed, and another suspect with premeditated murder after a tight ambush was set up for him, in addition to seizing unlicensed weapons and ammunition in the areas of (Al-Nasr/Tourist neighborhood, Umm Al-Kabr and Al-Ghazlan, Al-Rashidiya, Sadr City, Al-Shaab, Ur neighborhood, Al-Hamidiya, Al-Muntadhar neighborhood) next to Al-Rusafa.'
