Tripoli: The Attorney General, Counselor Al-Siddiq Al-Sour, held a meeting with members of the Security and Military Arrangements Committee in Tripoli to discuss the latest findings from investigations into the armed clashes and demonstrations that occurred in the city this year.
According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting involved a review of the investigation results concerning violations attributed to the Stability Support Apparatus. The discussion also included statistics on arrest warrants that are to be executed against defendants. This information was published by the Attorney General’s Office on its official Facebook page.
The meeting further covered the Public Prosecution’s assessment of the conditions of inmates at the Tripoli Main Correctional and Rehabilitation Institution. Additionally, measures were discussed to address the status of centers where criminal proceedings against defendants have been discontinued.
