Detachments of the Anti-Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Department in Wasit Police managed to arrest an accused of drug trafficking and abuse during a security operation carried out in the city of Kut.
A source in the Wasit police said that the accused was seized with 200 grams of narcotic opium, and he was criminalized according to the provisions of Articles 28 and 32 of Anti-narcotics and referred him to the judiciary.
