Doha-Algerian Foreign Affairs Minister Ramtan Lamamra said that his country was ready to share its successful experience in national reconciliation with Libya, and assist Libyan brothers towards achieving this important project, in cooperation and coordination with the high-level African Union committee assigned to this file.

The minister was speaking Saturday during an intervention at a session of the Doha 20 Forum, which was entitled “Building Stability in Libya.”

“The return of stability in Libya needs the contribution of all members of the Libyan people, as part of a comprehensive and inclusive national project that achieves their legitimate aspiration to build a democratic and modern state, based on equal rights and duties,” a correspondent for the Algerian newspaper Al-Shorouk in Qatar quoted Lamara as saying. The minister also stressed the importance of maintaining and working to hold the ceasefire.
