Al-Tarabulsi and Jordanian Intelligence Director Discuss Security Cooperation in Tripoli

Tripoli: The Minister of Interior of the Government of National Unity, Major General Emad Al-Tarabulsi, held a meeting today in Tripoli with Major General Ahmed Hosni, the Director of the Jordanian General Intelligence Directorate, to deliberate on enhancing joint security cooperation between Libya and Jordan. The meeting saw the participation of Lieutenant General Mahmoud Hamza, Head of Military Intelligence, and Major General Abdullah Al-Tarabulsi, Head of the General Security and Security Deployments Apparatus.

According to Libyan News Agency, the discussions focused on improving joint security measures between Libya and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, alongside addressing various files and issues of mutual interest. The objective was to fortify security coordination and facilitate the exchange of expertise between the two nations.

Both parties underscored the necessity of ongoing collaboration and coordination across different security sectors to further the common interests and bolster security and stability.
