Al-Sudani receives members of Kirkuk Provincial Council from Kurdish and Christian components and stresses the importance of continuing efforts and putting Kirkuk’s interests above all considerations

Prime Minister, Mohammed Shiaa al-Sudani received members of the Kirkuk Provincial Council from the Kurdish and Christian components. The Prime Minister stressed, according to a statement from his office, the importance of continuing efforts and giving priority to the interests of Kirkuk above any consideration. He said that Kirkuk is in dire need of forming a harmonious local government that meets the needs and aspirations of citizens. Al-Sudani renewed his full support for the Kirkuk Provincial Council, stressing the importance of working in one line and rejecting marginalization in order to proceed with implementing development plans.
