Al-Salihi: Rotating the governor’s position is the best solution to the Kirkuk crisis

The head of the Turkmen parliamentary bloc, Arshad Al-Salihi, stressed that the rotation of the governor's position is the best solution to the crisis of forming the local government in Kirkuk.
