The leader of the Sadrist Movement, Muqtada Al-Sadr, announced today, Sunday, that Iraq is the nation of the Qur’an and the nation of Messengers, Prophets and Saints, in response to US President Joe Biden’s controversial statement, where he said, “America is a homosexual nation.”
Al-Sadr said in a tweet to him on Twitter, that “America, even if it claims to be democratic, but Joe Biden did not give the people and their opinion importance when he said, “America is a homosexual nation.” Most of the American people will not accept that, just as they rejected the occupation of Iraq before.
US President Joe Biden appeared, earlier in June, delivering a speech at a gay and transgender celebration at the White House with an expression saying: “Today we are sending a clear message to the world that America is a gay nation.”/ End
