Al Mnefi reviews with Minister of Health healthcare situation in the country.

Tripoli, President of the Presidential Council, “Mohammed Al Manfi reviewed at a meeting with the Minister of Health Ali Al Zanati on Tuesday the healthcare situation in the country.

Al-Zanati reassured the President of the Presidential Council on ‘a relatively stable Coronavirus situation in the country with a decrease in recorded cases in almost all regions, attributing it the campaigns of vaccination given to citizens against the virus, and the degree of awareness to avoid infection.

Al-Zanati affirmed that there is a stockpile of the anti-Coronavirus vaccine in the cold loop stores in the medical supply system, which is sufficient for the coming months, and the ministry’s continuation of supporting the quarantine centers with all their needs, so that they can perform the tasks entrusted to them with all professionalism.

Al-Zanati also confirmed that the ministry had assigned specialized committees to follow up the file of debts owed by the Libyan state to treat patients abroad, and urged the medical supply system to coordinate with the relevant authorities to provide the sector’s needs for the year 2022.

For his part, “Al-Manafi” praised the efforts made by the healthcare sector to provide the best services to citizens, and stressed the need to give quarntine centers all they need to enable them to carry out their duties.
