Tripoli: Chairman of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, received a congratulatory cable on Sunday from President of the Republic of Chad, Mahamat Idriss D©by Itno, on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
According to Libyan News Agency, the text of the cable conveyed President D©by’s warmest congratulations and sincere wishes for health and happiness to Al-Menfi and his family. It also expressed hopes for further prosperity and progress for the Libyan people.
