This came during a meeting held yesterday at the council's headquarters in Tripoli, in the presence of the French Ambassador to Libya, Mostafa Mihraje. According to the communication office of Al-Menfi, Soler conveyed the greeting of President Emmanuel Macron, describing the steps taken by Al-Menfi as "courageous and positive.".
