Tripoli: President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, discussed with the Special Envoy of the French President to Libya, Paul Soler, the positive developments in the political and economic situation in Libya, from motivating institutions to move forward with the political process to reach the elections. This came during a meeting held yesterday at the council's headquarters in Tripoli, in the presence of the French Ambassador to Libya, Mostafa Mihraje. According to the communication office of Al-Menfi, Soler conveyed the greeting of President Emmanuel Macron, describing the steps taken by Al-Menfi as "courageous and positive.".
