Tripoli: The Head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Menfi, met with Attorney General Al-Siddiq Al-Sour at the Council's headquarters in Tripoli to discuss ongoing efforts to strengthen the rule of law and consolidate the foundations of justice.
