Tripoli: The President of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Menfi, received a congratulatory telegram from the Secretary-General of the Arab League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
According to Libyan News Agency, the telegram expressed sincere congratulations and best wishes to Al-Menfi. The message included prayers for health and happiness for Al-Menfi, prosperity for the Libyan people, and blessings for the Arab and Islamic nation during the holy month.
