Tripoli: The President of the Presidential Council, "Mohamed Al-Manfi", participated this morning, Thursday, in the capital, Beijing, in the opening of the summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC), in the presence of the President of the People's Republic of China, "Xi Jinping", and a large number of African leaders. The forum is considered an institutional framework for economic cooperation, as it was established by a joint initiative from China and African countries, with the aim of deepening cooperation to achieve economic development and confront the challenges of globalization.
