The Representative of the Presidential Council, Abdullah Al-Lafi, met today, Thursday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Congo-Brazzaville, “Jean-Claude Jakoso”, the special envoy of the Congolese President, the head of the high-level committee on Libyan affairs, mandated by the African Union. And his accompanying delegation, members of the Advisory Committee for the National Reconciliation Project and a number of members of the Project Follow-up Committee.
The media office of the Presidential Council stated that the meeting reviewed the results of the preparatory forum for reconciliation held last January, and discussed the practical steps for convening the inclusive national conference for reconciliation, and put forward proposals that ensure the proper organization of this national event, and create the reasons for success for it, by emphasizing the participation of all parties. In addition to discussing the initiation of forming a preparatory committee from the Presidential Council to prepare for the inclusive conference on national reconciliation.
