Tripoli: Minister of Foreign Affairs in the government assigned by the House of Representatives, Abdul Hadi Al-Hwaij, discussed yesterday, with the Special Presidential Envoy of the President of Liberia, Ambassador Mustafa Kwaate, ways to strengthen joint cooperation between the two friendly countries.
