Tripoli- The meeting held by the Head of the Government of National Unity, “Abdul Hamid Al-Dabaiba,” with the Designated Minister of Planning, “Muhammad Al-Zaidani,” was devoted to following up the ministry’s procedures in issuing financial authorizations for the 2023 plan projects.
During the meeting, which was attended by him and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning, Mesbah Saqr, and a number of directors of departments in the ministry, Al-Dabaiba stressed the need to complete the issuance of these authorizations according to the plan approved by the Audit Bureau, according to what was published by the Prime Minister’s Media Office.
The designated Minister of Planning also presented the controls of the 2023 plan, and the entities that referred their plan to the Ministry of Planning, stressing the need for development to be the main and active element in the general budget.
