Tripoli: The person in charge of running the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in the Government of National Unity, Taher Al-Baour, reviewed this morning, Monday, with the Chairman of the Libyan Investment Authority, Ali Mahmoud, the results of the visit of the Authority’s delegation to the Security Council Sanctions Committee.
According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting, which took place in the presence of the Director of the International Organizations Department, focused on enhancing communication mechanisms between the Authority and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The aim is to facilitate the mission of the Authority’s team in defending and preserving Libya’s frozen assets abroad. The discussions also emphasized the importance of continuous monitoring of these assets to ensure their protection.
