Al-Baour and German Ambassador Discuss Bilateral Cooperation

Tripoli: The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Government of National Unity, Taher Al-Baour, engaged in discussions with the German Ambassador to Libya, Ralph Joseph Tarraf, focusing on the bilateral relations between Libya and Germany. The meeting, held on Sunday, aimed at fostering cooperation in various fields, including political, economic, and humanitarian sectors.

According to Libyan News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs highlighted that the discussions also covered regional and international developments that are of mutual interest. Both parties stressed the necessity of ongoing coordination and consultation to bolster stability within Libya and enhance development opportunities.

The German Ambassador reaffirmed his nation’s commitment to expanding bilateral cooperation avenues that benefit both countries. He reiterated Germany’s dedication to supporting efforts aimed at achieving stability and development in Libya, thereby contributing to regional security and stability. Additionally, he underscored the importance of sustained coordination on issues of mutual interest at both regional and international levels.
