National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Araji discussed, today, Tuesday, with the Norwegian Ambassador Espen Lindbeck, the file of the Syrian Al-Hol camp and the importance of ending it. A statement by the National Security Chencellry stated that Al-Araji received, in his office today, Tuesday, the Norwegian Ambassador on the occasion of the end of his tenure. The meeting discussed ways to develop areas of cooperation between the two countries and the role and efforts of Norway within the NATO mission, in addition to discussing the file of the Syrian Al-Hol camp and the importance of ending it due to the great challenge and danger it poses to the security of Iraq, the region and the world. According to the statement, Al-Araji appreciated Norway's efforts in withdrawing its citizens from Al-Hol camp, stressing the need for all countries to withdraw their citizens from the camp in preparation for its closure.
