Tripoli: Minister of Labor and Rehabilitation, Engineer Ali Al-Abed Al-Rida, engaged in discussions with officials from North Zawiya Municipality regarding pressing needs and priorities in employment, training, and rehabilitation. According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting, which took place during Al-Abed's field visit to the municipality, focused on proposals such as training job seekers, implementing vocational and professional training programs aligned with labor market demands, and establishing training and rehabilitation centers within the municipality. Discussions also included plans to open a Ministry of Labor and Rehabilitation office in the municipality, aiming to bring services closer to citizens and facilitate access. Al-Abed expressed the Ministry's commitment to addressing the issues raised, enhancing opportunities for young people, and supporting the municipality in employment, training, and rehabilitation efforts. The Ministry emphasized that the visit aligns with its goal to strengthen c ollaboration with municipalities, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable programs that benefit citizens and foster local development.
