Sabha: The Mayor of Sabha held a meeting with representatives from the State Property Authority, the Export Development Authority, and the Sabha Exhibition Grounds Authority. This meeting was part of ongoing coordination efforts to allocate and establish a permanent site for the Sabha International Fair, considered one of the most anticipated economic and commercial events in the southern region.
According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting addressed the necessary procedures for selecting a suitable site for the fair, as well as the mechanisms for allocating and equipping it to meet the requirements for hosting major exhibitions and economic events. This will contribute to strengthening Sabha’s position as an economic and commercial hub serving the southern region.
Attendees emphasized the importance of providing suitable infrastructure for the Sabha International Fair. This will ensure the fair’s sustainability in the future, attract local and international companies and institutions, support investment, p
romote exports, and create promising economic opportunities for the region.
Participants agreed to continue coordinating among relevant parties to finalize the necessary technical and administrative procedures to move forward with the project and achieve its objectives.
